Dec. 5th, 2005 05:59 pmWanted for duets:
Tenor - for "How Could I Ever Know?" (I may have one already)
Baritone - for "Dangerous Game"
Alto/Mezzo - for "I Know Him So Well" or "In His Eyes"
Tenor - for "Kiss Me" (From Sweeney Todd - ok, this one would be WICKED hard to learn)
Alto/Mezzo - for "The Movie in my Mind"
Any classical suggestions that aren't too heavy?

Dec. 5th, 2005 09:20 pmThings I learned today:
1. Never burn red curry sauce - especially if it contains fish sauce. Awful.
2. Ravel wrote DAMN sexy music. I mean, I knew that, but man.
And no, Sam, I'm talking about BOTH the Ravel pieces that were performed today... emphasis on the soprano one, actually! I REALLY want to learn that. Badly.
Edit:
3. I never realized how heartwarming Mickey's Christmas Carol was. I used to watch it all the time when I was little but all I remembered was the giant trying to say "pistachios" and giving up and saying "...and YOGURT!"
AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY WALT DISNEY!
