So, my mother turned 50 today, and we took her to Blue Ginger, Ming Tsai's restaurant. AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS FOOD. This is like the stuff that I have ideas buzzing around in my head about for cooking except Ming is genius. I love fusion.

I shook hands with MING TSAI. And he signed a menu for my mom.

I uploaded that icon just for that reason. I made it a while ago, but I figure shaking hands with MING FREAKING TSAI was worth that icon.

(Tsai freaking Ming, maybe?)
