At approximately 1900 hrs, the complainant reported that the Opera Studio had been ransacked, and a leather whip was missing. The studio was unlocked from 1630 to 1730 hrs while rehearsals [sic] were taking place in Cohen-Davison Theatre. At 1600 hrs the witness saw two B/M suspects, aged 11 to 14 years, coming out of the studio. The witness asked the suspects what they were doing there, to which they replied "What?" and ran out of the building at 21 E. Mt. Vernon Pl.
Officer Mason checked the surveillance video and observed 3 B/M subjects entering 21 E. Mt Vernon on three occasions. Each time they were granted access by members of the Peabody community.

Dude, that was right before my opera audition! I was waiting outside Cohen Davidson and all of the sudden someone called for Kyle to come quick to the opera studio, and he found out that a bunch of kids from the street were playing around in the Papageno costumes. I heard they took more than just a leather whip, like some capes and a fake ax and stuff. But yeah, can you picture these 11 year old little boys running around Baltimore in Papageno costumes with a leather whip? I also found that whole thing to be quite amusing.
