DOES ANYONE SPEAK JAPANESE!?

I found this mp3 on my computer. I got it a while ago, and I don't think I'd listened to it until today, because my LORD I was taken aback. This song is gorgeous.
I think it's done by Meiko Kaji, the same woman who does Flower of Carnage and Urami-bushi for Kill Bill (well, they weren't FOR Kill Bill but they were used in it). And I think it's...er... it may be from an erotic movie. But damn if that's an erotic movie it must be really well done to have this song in it. I think all it said was that it was from a thing called Noru-neko Rokku 2 Wairudu Janbo (Alley Cat Rock 2 Wild Jumbo). So, I dunno. I think it's done by a director that inspired Tarantino, so it's probably quite well done. BUT IT IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND! And all I want to know is what this song is called, and MAYBE the context. :) lol... mostly the name of the song. I found the site I got it from, and it just said, well here's the site. I tried writing out the lyrics. SO. If anyone knows Japanese, please tell me. I'm sorry if I separated the syllables incorrectly - I'm going by words I've seen and heard before but I am too anxious to go through more trying to figure out the meaning (I did enough today while searching for the lyrics then I finally gave up and wrote them out).
