WHERE IS MY CHORD PROGRESSION CHART

and we shouldn't have to capitalize V. It's always major. WHY MUST I EXPEND MY ENERGY WRITING TWO LINES ON THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF THAT V????? WHY

Not true. Some minor modes make use of the minor V--it's not a very effective pre-tonic progression, but it is used. Pbbth. So have fun with those two lines... :)
