So I had an interesting talk with Tiff about past lives and stuff. She had a psychic reading done and it revealed her past life. I don't care if it's real or not, it's damn fascinating how detailed it was, and I want a reading done.
I know I was probably Japanese. Although if Tiff wasn't Chinese, I could be anything. XD
But really... I feel like I was Japanese in a past life just because of the deep connection I feel to that country. I was trying to think of something other than a geisha, because I mean, you think Japan and one of the first things you think of are geisha, and it's so predictable. But... I really probably was. I'm still an entertainer, I study music, I have an obsession with pleasing, I have an inner submissive way-old-fashioned female (yeah, I do, it doesn't come out too often though), and I could EASILY see myself performing a tea ceremony. I mean, come on. Me and tea are like this. If you could see me now I'd be crisscrossing my fingers.

Meghan, do you think you ever did ikebana and we knew each other? :)

hey do you believe in jesus? I am just curious?? my friend had one of those readings done and it ws the most scary thing ive ever heard of and she remembered all of it...personally i think its evil but that is my opinion. but it is stil intersting but its scary believe me.

Yeah, but I'm more of an agnostic, and I don't believe in organized religion because I think it's stupid how people get to make up rules about a higher power and say what's okay and not okay. Personally, I think there's one God, and even if he isn't the Christian God, it doesn't matter, because he listens to everyone's prayers and there's no reason to discriminate among people who live good lives. The idea of Jesus leading you to salvation I think is a metaphor... if you live LIKE him, even if you don't know who he is, if you have a good life, then you'll go to heaven. I have my own sort of composite religion... I'm pretty sure I believe in reincarnation, in the Hindu sense that you're reincarnated several times until you reach Heaven. I dunno if psychic readings can tell you about them or not, but I think it's cool to see what the mind can spill when under hypnosis, whether it comes from random memories or fears from the subconscious, or if it's a bunch of crap. I wouldn't take it too seriously.
I consider myself much more spiritual than religious.

And if the other religions and philosophers don't end up in heaven, then they end up in the first level of Dante's Hell where it isn't that bad. :) haha

I think its quite possible :)

The only past life I'm most absolutely certain of is my connection to thirteen century France and something to do with Joan of Arc. Another one I'm almost positive on is some sort of country gentleman during the middle 1600's. Who knows though. I hope you find out sometime.

How did you figure it out, did you have a reading? Or just gut feeling? Because if you can go by gut feeling, then I was definitely a geisha.
