eeek! don't panic. You can make it better, you need to survive it for now at least. Find the good stuff, and don't let go. You can't let yourself be unhappy because of where you are--try and bring good feelings out from the inside. Pick some flowers, sing a Mozart aria--you can't go wrong.
I just got a reply to my extremely long email to the head of the voice department at Peabody explaining my feelings... and she says she likes my determination. I'm going down there Veterans' Day to meet with her, and have an evaluation with another teacher (she doesn't have time). And it's good because I won't need to pay for a hotel due to certain connections with a certain student. ^_^ Tee hee.
