HAT

I JUST GOT THE MOST BADASS HAT.

I passed by a friend of mine, and she said "Wow, you are ROCKING that hat. It's such a church hat, but you're pulling it off without the churchiness."

It's gray and silver, VERY 1930s and it's VERY AWESOME.

I'll post pictures of it when I actually have makeup on. It calls for silent movie mascara and bold lipstick. And I don't feel like putting that all on right now.

TOTALLY wearing it to the retro bar in San Francisco I read about. It's 1940s themed (but I'm sure this hat will do fine there) and men are often seen wearing fedoras there. THE WORLD NEEDS MORE RETRO THAT IS ACTUALLY PRE-1950. NEVER MIND APPRENTLY IT IS 1950s. But still, it's not "malt shop/diner" cliche... which gets old... I actually have no freaking clue. Different reviews say different things. I've read everything from 30s to 50s. So WHO KNOWS, I'm gonna GO THERE AND FIND OUT.

Hmmmmmmm I wonder if I can get David to slick his hair a bit... I don't think he could pull off full-on retro hair but a tiny bit of gel would give a nice touch. Hmmmmmmm. :)

GAHH I CAN'T WAIT FOR THIS TRIP.
