Why are people so verbally excited when there is NOTHING going on??
Well, at least we got pictures. I will stop being lazy and go down to the caf to upload them soon.
(for those of you who don't know, my internet connection in the room is horrible and hates outgoing traffic more than about 50KB. Yeah. That bad. I can't send anything to anyone.)
David, I'm sorry that there wasn't anything more going on and that I kept you from your homework. But thank you so much for being my Pinkerton, and still not being Pinkerton, because Pinkerton would not have come because he's a jerk and you are not. :)
In spite of all the confusion, Halloween was fun. ^_^
(PS David pretend I sang "Vedi?? E venuto!" when you got to the gate, because I like to think that's a cool memory to have even though I wasn't clever enough to think of it before.)
Oh, and thank God when I told Dr. Cornett that it was my dream role, he didn't say anything to be like "well don't expect it because you won't ever have that role" like some voice teachers I've had. He didn't say anything, which is perfect, because I don't want false encouragement AND I don't want to be discouraged. I just want to know where my voice will take me, and no one can tell me that except time. I found such a wonderful cutting sound in my voice today, and damn, my voice is getting huge... I can't wait to see where it takes me. Hopefully full lyric or spinto!
