It's amazing how much eating helped my mood last night.
I had some easymac from my roomie... then I realized I needed protein! And since the dining hall was closed and I didn't feel like going outside with this cough anyway, I ordered in... CHICKEN SALAD! I was proud for resisting the parm and such. I did not eat as healthily as I could have last week... haha especially Friday night when I was even less aware of how much food I was putting into my stomach.

So yeah. Right now I should be doing my homework, it's why I'm up so early. But, I'm letting my brain wake up. It is working.

And you do NOT want to see what I'm finally coughing up now. At least it's not as annoying because it's not as much of a dry cough anymore, but dear lord I will not describe the color except to say that it is not red so that is good. It's also probably because I just woke up 20 minutes ago.

My roomie had me leave the windo open last night. It was perfect when I was under the blanket and cozy because they overheated our room, but I am now freezing, so I closed it.

And now, I write a dinky little piece incorporating lots of non-chord tones for class. BLAAAHHH. At least it's in b minor. (one of the best keys ever, bitch. oh snap.)

EW someone just burped outside.

First of all, this picture made me laugh.

USE THE FORCE JOSHUA

And it came with this article (from Men's Health... lol). Typical corny writing about a classical artist. But the last paragraph. I will bold stuff.

At an age (14) when the rest of us are brilliant at playing only our own instruments, Bell was deemed a violin virtuoso.

Now, at age 37, he's performed with every major conductor and in every famous concert hall around the world. He's even broken into People magazine's 50 Most Beautiful People. His concert wear--sometimes he ditches formalwear for black leather and open collars-- certainly adds a little bad-ass rep to his repertoire.

When he's not sawing away onstage, Bell is a jeans-and-dress-shirt man. "I like good fabrics and design, but I stay away from pretentious things," he says. "I feel best in clothes that are casual but of good quality." He can distinguish an Armani from a Varvatos, his favorite designer, as easily as a Chopin from a Schumann. He accessorizes well, too, with a penthouse apartment in New York City, a Porsche 911, and a 1713 Stradivarius. (That's $4 million tucked under his chin.) When you need to elevate the mood at your place, cue up his Romance of the Violin. His strings just might help loosen hers.

HOLY FREAKIN CRAP. WHAT A PERFECT THREE THINGS TO OWN. The material girl in me just went totally bonkers.

Hahahaha, and I got that CD for Christmas.
