(no subject)

Way off topic but I just watched Butterfly again... and my god, I want that role even more now. And I'm so frustrated my voice isn't ready to practice it yet. I feel like I have her character down perfectly in my mind, and I can't do anything with it. I just sang Un Bel Di an octave lower (and since I'm slightly sick and very tired, I was able to hit the low notes! that's a D flat below middle C, mind you). Helped a little bit. I am just in love with that role. And by golly I WILL play it. :)
