Well... All State was interesting... whaddaya all think of a Palestrina motet sung by 168 high schoolers with highly varying musical backgrounds, conducted by a woman who didn't want to give us a steady tempo, only phrasing conducting, because it would take away from the beauty of the music, and that we all had to develop our own inner metronome because that was our responsibility, not hers? 168 different people, mind you... in a piece that's supposed to be performed by maybe one or two people on each part, if I'm correct...

So yeah. I expect my cold to worsen quite soon. But I really don't care. :)

I have a throat cramp. I think it's because the ear violation was the last straw of that day and I was trying not to cry while singing.
